Lloyd, Harold. Harold Lloyd (1893-1971) was one of the three greatest comedians of the silent film era. In 1924 he was the hero of the Celebrity Pulp Harold Lloyd #1-5, written by the German author Paul Hain (Hitler Youth (I), Robby Ix, Robby King, Lee Parry); the series was reprinted in Poland in 1925.
The fictional Harold Lloyd is portrayed as a crime-fighting adventurer.
Lloyd appears in stories with titles like “The Cavalier in the Homeland,” “His Highness, the Prince of Film,” and “One Climbs After: A Broadway Adventure.”
