Linton, Jack. Jack Linton was created by “Jean Ray,” the pseudonym of the Belgian author Raymond de Kremer (Edmund Bell, Harry Dickson) and appeared in six stories in Presto-Films in 1939, beginning with “Le Professeur Invisible” (Presto-Films, 1939).

Jack Linton is a detective who takes on cases with supernatural overtones and proves them to be purely rational and materialistic.
