Leatherface (I). Leatherface (I) appeared in a number of stories in The Skipper (U.K.) in 1934, beginning with “El Muro Dies” (The Skipper (U.K.), July 28, 1934).

Leatherface (I) is a Costumed Avenger Killer Vigilante. In the Old West, in the years after the American Civil War, a cowboy with a leather mask concealing his face stalks wrongdoers and kills them: “His victims never see his face!”
