Lang, Sherwood. Sherwood Lang was created by C. Warren Delves and appeared in four stories which were collected in Some Cases of Sherwood Lang (1924).

Sherwood Lang is a Great Detective. Sherwood Lang is a young amateur detective who is successful, but not well-known, as he does not like publicity and always gives the police credit for the crimes he solves. (This endears him to Scotland Yard). Lang is assisted by Dr. Warner.
