Korff, Bram. Bram Korff was created by the Dutch author Herman Middendorp (Dr. Brandt, Henry Crampton) and appeared in four novels from 1927 to 1938, beginning with De Juweelen van Lombok.

Bram Korff is a consulting detective who solves crimes in Amsterdam and the Hague. Korff is short, squat, and ape-like, and a rabid football fan. He is not the brightest of detectives, and relies on luck a great deal. He is Watsoned by archaeologist Hans van Rheenan.
