Konserson. Konserson was created by “André Falcoz,” the pseudonym of the French author Christian de Caters, and appeared in La Poudre de Mort (1929).

Konserson is a Evil Surgeon Mad Scientist who turns children into gnomish Big-Headed Dwarf Geniuses with hypertrophied brains. Konserson does this so he can could take control of a death ray which would in turn allow him to take control of a throne in Asia.
