After the death of the American scientist Dr. Caniff his two assistants, Alex Foster and Black Peter, visit his tomb in an attempt to discover the great secret he took to his grave. While there they are attacked by mysterious beings, but Foster and Peter fight them off and manage to revive Caniff. Caniff takes Foster and Peter with him to the Amazon, where they try to rescue the white woman Linda from the wicked queen and Femme Fatale Zanya. However, she keeps Linda away from Caniff et al and offers Linda up to King Kong (VI), who now lives in the Amazon. The strip ends without resolution.
