Keyne, Skelton. Skelton Keyne was created by Clement Wood (Inspector Colin, King Green, Lal Reed) and appeared in The Corpse in the Guest Room (1945) and Double Jeopardy (1947).

District Inspector Skelton Keyne is “the pride of the Bureau of Criminal Investigation” of the New York State Police. He is a harsh and even “brutal” man who has the head of Winston Churchill, a powerful upper body, and “short and stumpy” legs.
