Jorkens, Joseph. Joseph Jorkens was created by Lord Dunsany (Linley) and appeared in ninety-eight stories and five short story collections from 1926 to 1956, beginning with “The Tale of the Abu Laheeb” (Atlantic Monthly, July 1926).
