Jordan, Joyce. Joyce Jordan was created by David Driscoll and appeared in the radio serial Joyce Jordan, Girl Intern (later Joyce Jordan, M.D.) (1937-1955).

Joyce Jordan is a medical intern in the small town of Preston who later becomes a doctor and then, eventually, a brilliant surgeon. Along the way she heals hearts, minds, and bodies as well as solves crimes.
