Japanese Mad Scientist. The Japanese Mad Scientist was created by Japanese film director Misao Yoshimura and appeared in the film serial Kai-Denpa Satsujin Kosen Dai Ichi-Hen (1936).

The Japanese Mad Scientist is a Mad Scientist. He creates a “human tank” controlled by radio waves and is served by deformed and disabled henchmen. He is opposed by a  masked Costumed Avenger.
