Hanson, Dr. Dr. Hanson was created by the Spanish author Francisco de Cossío and appeared in the story serial “Los Experimentos del Doctor Hanson” (1911); the series was reprinted in two volumes in 1941.

Dr. Hanson is a Spanish Lupin who helps himself to various valuables around Europe. He is notable both for his sense of humor and for his personal dignity.
