Graham, Peter. Peter Graham was created by Basil Thomson (Mr. Pepper, Inspector Richardson) and appeared in The Metal Flask (1929) and Kidnapper (1933).

Peter Graham is a Fop modeled on P.G. Wodehouse’s Bertie Wooster (see: Reginald Jeeves). However, when Graham’s friends get in trouble–as, for example, when his best friend Michael is convicted of killing his aunt–Graham becomes serious and helps bail them out.
