Gisander, Martin. Martin Gisander was created by the German author Ferdinand Runkel and appeared in Singers Kleine Illustriertedetektiv-Serie #1-17 (1922).

Martin Gisander is a hard-boiled German consulting detective. Several of his cases verge on the fantastic. In one he matches wits with a Polish Femme Fatale, Janina Faralewski.
