Garibaldi. Garibaldi appeared in the Russian serial novel Garibal’di. Korvavye Prikliucheniaa Groznogo Atamana Razboinikov (1902-1903).

Garibaldi is a Costumed Avenger. The Russian nobleman Garibaldi returns home one to discover that his father has been murdered by his stepmother and her lover. Garibaldi kills the duo and then flees into the wilderness. He joins a bandit gang, becomes their leader, puts on a mask, and begins rescuing children and old men and performing various good deeds.
