Flash, Phil. Phil Flash appeared in at least twelve stories in Merry and Bright and Bullseye from 1912 to 1931.

Phil Flash is a Superhuman. He is the "Man With A Thousand Faces," an adventuring, crime-fighting master of disguise. He is called the “Man With A Thousand Faces” because his face is malleable enough that it can be shaped to resemble anyone. Flash also has significant vocal abilities and can easily imitate the voice of another. He is young and handsome, in his natural form, and works by day at a circus.
