Farr, Simon. Simon Farr was created by “Omar Storm,” the pseudonym of the Norwegian author John Korsell, and appeared in a number of stories in Detektivmagasinet from 1941 to 1946; three Farr stories were collected in Mannen med de Tusen Ansikter (1977).

Simon Farr is a criminal mastermind and master of disguise who primarily targets politicians and officials and steals “money they had acquired by swindle.” Korsell’s politics were leftist, which is reflected in the Simon Farr stories.
