Dreslings, Detective. Detective Dreslings was created by “Hugo Krantz,” the pseudonym of the Danish author Axel Breidahl, and appeared in Kobenhavn ved Nat #1-60 (1913-1914) and Kobenhavn ved Nat #1-6 (1941).

Detective Dreslings is a Great Detective modeled on Nick Carter (I). Dreslings is known as the “Danish Sherlock Holmes” and is active in Copenhagen. His arch-enemy is the “diabolical” Dr. Quartz-like Dr. Harrison and his murderous assistant Fassmer.

Dreslings appears in stories with titles like “A Murder Per Letter,” “Horror Cellar,” and “Dr. Harrison’s Clinic.”
