Detective’s Wife. The Detective’s Wife was created by the Chinese creator Zhang Huimin (Bai Suying) and appeared in the film Zhentan Zhi Qi (1928).

Madame Wu is the wife of Chinese policeman Ji Keren. Unfortunately, the policeman gets himself into a case involving the crime lord The Fly which is beyond his capabilities to successfully solve. Fortunately, the policeman’s wife is a skilled martial artist, and when she puts on male clothing and begins kicking criminals in the head, the policeman is saved. Of course, the disguised Detective’s Wife becomes the object of another woman’s crush, but such things happen.
