Daly, Ken. Ken Daly was created by “Will Gibson,” the pseudonym of William G. Bogart (Flame Hardesty, Johnny Saxon), and appeared in five stories in Private Detective Stories and Hollywood Detective from 1937 to 1949, beginning with “Murder Bait” (Private Detective Stories, Oct. 1937).
Ken Daly is a Bellem. Daly is a private detective, active in Hollywood, who takes on organized crime, thereby gaining the nickname “Rackets.”
