Colt, Cat. Cat Colt appeared in a number of stories in The Ranger in 1933, beginning with “Welcome, Stranger!” (The Ranger, July 22, 1933).

Cat Colt is a Superhuman. Christopher James “Cat” Colt worked in Chicago as a police detective until he was framed and forced to move to London to start his own detective agency. Through a series of events he is hired by a professor who is being blackmailed, and Colt helps capture the criminals responsible. Colt has exceptional eyesight and can see in the dark.
