The Clubs Detective. The Clubs Detective appeared in the German dime novel Rund um die Welt #101-116 (1932?).

The Clubs Detective is the official detective of the clubs of Monte Carlo, and in that role investigates all crimes having to do with the clubs. This takes the Detective as far afield as the Winter Palace in Moscow, Belgrade, and Naples. The Clubs Detective fights enemies such as “Thio Tatu the Terrible,” “the Man with a Hundred Faces,” and the Femme Fatale “the Modern Salome.”

The Clubs Detective appears in stories with titles like “The Red Lantern,” and “The Flying Death.”
