Clark, Tony. Tony Clark was created by “Dick Stewart,” a Norman L. Munro pseudonym probably used in this case by Alfred B. Tozer (Burt Cromwell), and appeared in thirty-three stories in Magnet Detective Library and New Magnet Library from 1904 to 1911, beginning with “A Political Plotter; or, A Queen of Rascals” (Magnet Detective Library #363, Oct. 19, 1904).
