Chinese Scientist. The Chinese Scientist was created by the Chinese creator Yeung Kung Leong (Charlie, Chinese Thief, Chinese Vampire, Fourth Madam Lu) and appeared in the film Kexue Zuiren (1936).

The Chinese Scientist is an Evil Surgeon Mad Scientist. He is the head of a crime ring and uses his skills to create freaks, from a six inch tall dwarf to a sixty foot tall giant, to commit crimes for the organization.
