Charro Negro (I). Charro Negro (I) was created by the Mexican creator Adolfo Ruiz and appeared in at least two comic strips, a number of comic books, and at least six movies from 1936 to at least 1963, beginning with the comic strip “El Charro Negro” (Paquín, 1936-1937?).
Charro Negro (I) is a Costumed Avenger. He is a mysterious masked Mexican cowboy active in Mexico and the countries north and south of Mexico in the last decades of the 19th century.
