Bungle, George B. George B. Bungle was created by Harry J. Tuthill and appeared in the comic strip “The Bungle Family” (1918-1945).

George B. Bungle is middle-aged, lower-middle-class American who has a very typical life, arguing with his wife, dealing with bill collectors, and so on. In the 1940s George began dealing with more fantastic elements, working as a private detective and spy, meeting aliens, and even gaining the ability to transport himself and others into the Fourth Dimension.
