Blair, Margot. Margot Blair was created by Kathleen Moore Knight (Elisha Macomber) and appeared in four novels from 1940 to 1944, beginning with Rendezvous with the Past.
Margot Blair works with Felix Norman at a public relations agency, handling “practically every type of job, from the promotion of a debutante who aspired to be the best-dressed actress in America to the interpretation of the schizophrenic psychology of a buffer state.” But on several occasions Blair and Norman are called upon to solve crimes, and when this happens they act as detectives, solving murders and capturing diamond smugglers.
