Anstruther, Colin. Colin Anstruther was created by “Josephine Plain,” the pseudonym of the Australian author Mary Mitchell, and appeared in The Secret of the Sandbanks (1934), The Secret of the Snows (1935), and The Pazenger Problem (1936).

Colin Anstruther is a British amateur detective active in Great Britain and, while on vacation, in Switzerland. He is sometimes assisted by his old friend, M. Maraud of the Swiss police.
