Ahmet, Ateş. Ateş Ahmet appeared in the Turkish dime novel Türk Şerlok Holmesi Ateş Ahmet #1-5 (1934).

Ateş Ahmet is a Great Detective. Ahmet is active in Istanbul and is known as “The Turkish Sherlock Holmes.” Ahmet is visibly Turkish, something that Sherlock Holmes knock-offs of other ethnicities did not always do--most Holmes knock-offs, regardless of country, looked like Holmes. Not Ahmet, though.
