Cody, Scoop. Scoop Cody is a private investigator for the Acme Protecto Company whose cases become entangled with the exploits of the Marvel, a costumed vigilante. Cody doesn’t know who the Marvel is, but the Marvel keeps rescuing him and helping him out.
