Miraco. "Miraco the Great - magician and mystic - possessor of extraordinary hypnotic and occult powers has learnt the secret of acquiring superhuman strength. He is the star of Dolan's Mammoth Circus." His best friends are a pair of aerialists, and in Miraco's lone appearance the gorilla trainer tries to force one of the aerialists to marry him, even using murder as a threat. Miraco stops him. Miraco uses various plot device magical abilities and a wry wit as weapons.
