Minute Man (II). “On the battlefields and on the home front, at sea and in the air, a figure of vengeance strikes wherever freedom is threatened. He is the spirit of free America! He is the Minute Man!” Minute Man (II) is the living spirit of Defense Stamps, and gains or regains his power when an American buys stamps and bonds. He appears to be a Revolutionary War-era Minute Man and carries an old rifle with him into combat against the Japanese. He can fly and has super-strength.
