Micro-Face. Tom Woods loses his brother to gangsters' guns. He swears revenge and puts together a costume to do so. He has no superpowers, but his mask has a microphone for amplifying his voice, a hearing-amplifier, and "photoelectric lenses" which gives Woods x-ray vision. His criminals are entirely ordinary. He appears in stories with titles like “Seldom Does a Corpse Walk Away,” “The Fire of Kenya,” and “‘Swamp-Rat’ Keefe.”
