K the Unknown. Douglas Danville is a "wealthy playboy" who grew "bored with being a playboy" and put on a costume, becoming K the Unknown. He is "wanted by both police and underworld." He has no superpowers. His sweetheart is private investigator Terry Dane, who doesn't know about Doug's secret identity and who wants to capture K.
