Knight of the North. Ken Knight is “the man who brings justice everywhere,” a Sergeant in the Canadian Northwest Mounted Police. In that role he tracks murderers across Canada, from the big cities to the Arctic. He is hard but not hard-boiled, takes his man in dead or alive (usually dead), and is notably dedicated to helping everyone, not just white Canadians. As he himself says to an Inuit, "I and the Mounted Police of Canada are not your lords, good people. We are your servants." He appears in "The Arctic Assassin" and "Murderer Unknown."
