K-9. "K-9, a police dog, run over by a cruel driver, is adopted by Tip Starr and his detective brother, Dick Starr." K-9 fights ordinary criminals and costumed bad guys with names like the Black Terror and the Invisible Menace. K-9 is naturally intelligent, athletic, and appropriately vicious when either of the Starrs are threatened.
