Joe Spook. In the small Balkan country of Luzano the child king Nicky is kidnaped by Nazis, who kill Nicky’s physical trainer and bodyguard, the American Joe Devaney. But Devaney’s spirit does not go on to Heaven, instead returning to Earth to rescue and protect Nicky. As a ghost Joe Spook can become immaterial or solid at will and can fly.
