Igor the Archer. Igor the Archer, the “Crime Patrolman,” is a famous bow- and crossbow-wielding Russian policeman. He is assisted by his “girl companion” Tanya. His arch-enemy is the deformed Inuit crime lord the Octopus. Igor appears in stories with titles like “Countess Sophia’s Painting,” “A Phantom of the Factory,” and “The Fable of the Flying Dutchman.”
