Foreign Correspondent. Barry, a newspaper foreign correspondent, operates in “the Nazi-infested country of Spain,” breaking major scoops that hurt the fascists. He communicates with home via homing pigeons. He’s assisted by his clever photographer sidekick Tubby, who keeps a mini-camera hidden inside the carnation tucked into his breast pocket.
